Getting straight into today.
I missed last week’s Tuesday Motivation. Been so busy with exams but wrote my last one today….freedom! I’m so excited! The last 5 weeks have been stressful.
Like I’ve said before, to me Tuesday is always the worst day of the week. Everyone needs a bit of motivation every now and again. I’ve tried to include something for everyone. I don’t know about you but I find Tuesdays way worse than Mondays. Monday I’m still on some sort of high from the weekend. [No, not a drug induced high]. But Tuesdays are the worst. The weekend isn’t anywhere in sight and I’ve lost all of my Monday motivation. So here’s some Tuesday inspiration for you all.

Yes. I’m on a mission to get fit. Sometimes though it’s so hard to get out of bed to go for that run or such a mission to get to the gym. Well today I stumbled across this Cardio workout which you can do in your bed room, or any room in your house. So now I have no excuse.
Now to print it out and stick to it. Wish me luck!
